Tom's older sister Sally has gone safari. Wednesday she boarded the flight that took her to her new home in Tanzania. Her boyfriend Bruce grew up in Kenya and after a number of years in England he decided he missed the the sun and was ready to go home. So of course, Sally moved with him. He was just hired by John Deere in Tanzania so they will be living in Dar es salaam near the coast of white sand beaches. Sounds alright if you ask me! It's like a permanente holiday; hot weather, beautiful beaches and exotic animals. Ideal!

Of course, she couldn't move away without a proper goodbye/leaving do so right before she left the loft at Brook Farm was partying once again. The loft is a perfect party space above one of the barns that younger sister Flo cleared out at the end of last year for her 21st. It is the perfect space for a party, and the best bit is you don't mess up the house or have to worry about cleaning the day after. Sally's party was a mix of friends, family and older family friends who have watched her grow up. It was great fun and after the adults turned in for the night the party carried on until the wee hours of the night. With a fesival theme and tents set as decorations, guests had a great place to crash for the night. Excellent food of chilli and pork roast was prepared by Tom's mum, music man Tom had tunes flowing the entire time and most important of all everyone had a wonderful time.
